1) Always let Carcass rot in water, over night: Don't drain.
2) Add more water (lots).
3) Add chopped stick of celery/carrot.
4) Sing: "PEGGY-SUE!"
5) Add chopped onion/garlic clove.
6) Add - a handshake of - lentils.
7) Sing: "THERE'LL BE BLUEBIRDS OVER - THE WHITE CLIFFS OF DOVER."
8) Add a SPUD, peas; a tad spinach.
9) Sing: "IT'S ALL OVER NOW BABY BLUE."
10) Walk away and let bubble for 30 minutes.
You're done!...:)
