OUR DAVE in Europe/Belize, Dave Delacroix: "The Grey Evening."
(dedicato: Miss Katy & Angela at the Almond Tree Hotel., Corozal-Belize.)
...That GREY EVENING, that sombre Song, that Youth, conceptually, could come along, like a PICTORIAL, a scary-cat "VAN Gogh" or Munch's "SCREAM", that devises, the coffee in your cream, that pretty blouse, Pantalone-loud, pipes & drums to announce your Debutante boo-ga-loo?
That GREY EVENING, never going to GO away, some Ferral Cat, a stalker, a kiss-still sticking, the taste won't ever UN-taste (?) in an Anaconda-dream, a lifetime of SQUEEZE which U support in your helplessness...Mariachis/Medieval Minstrels sing of Despair!?
That Grey Evening, a Psycho storm, a wreck or wreckage on your front lawn, to Edgar Allen Poe, like a song U will never know, indivisible, to haunt OR beguile U all your Days. The GREY EVENING, the shadows from our past, a ring-a-round-a-roses, we SNEEZE...and All fall down!
A GREY EVENING, a moment of FEAR; an emotional epiphany-UN-expected, yet a wound-UN-dissevered, a Life-Time scar, in-flicked by some DEVIL, thank God, dead or afar!?...
