ALL AROUND my hat, every Jazz nite? With the possibility of Love, Hate, getting Arrested, Alcoholic poisoning; all...around my Hat?

ALL AROUND, all around (my Hat) my HAT, A GHOST FROM THE PAST, A FRESH NEW FACE,, A profit, BUT MOSTLY, DEEP IN DEPT, AS i COUNT THE COST OF a world; all around my Hat, in turmoil?
And WHO, what GOD, usurps MY meagre banquet!? And AS for the dead; perhaps, the grateful dead who CHANCE-LULLABY the WORLD to some PEACE, or, as an aftermath, sing me to sleep, to dream?

All around my Hat. People are polite. All around my Hat. The Devil, in his disguise? All around my Hat; my Hat, I cast dispersions  into the sea? (JEEZE!)

2)   A trick of the Light.


In the dark corner of a Cavernous taverna, Siciliano vino and beer, some candles, her FACE alit (boys at the bar noticed) by her Cellphone then lighted STILL, a response, brief dialogue, then a GLOOM pervaded, her blue eyes turned to black, her inner sorrow ghastly bloomed?... I guess she talked to  her paramour, the one who got her pregnant...and who said I would, or not,  be true?....Did I mention that this Cavernous taverna was arrayed and Candle-lit? Did I suggest the damp of Ages from ancient Roman times?  All-while, the gal on the Cellphone, from a potential "message of Love", then, in turn, a rejection, under the light there was, which glistened her face from blanche to crimson; and, mysterious, how the light plays, brightens, darkens, flickers; and sometimes, under the nose of YOUR own family, her gentleness turned to livid rage?
So WHO makes the Wine, and who writes the Page that takes us on that  road to dusty death?
